In this verse, Samson calls out to the Lord, saying, “O Lord God, remember me, I pray! Strengthen me, I pray, just this once, O God, that I may with one blow take vengeance on the Philistines for my two eyes”. This moment occurs after Samson has been captured by the Philistines, hair cut by Delilah stripping his strength, blinded, and humiliated, marking a turning point in his life where he humbly acknowledges his dependence on God.
